market for key management spots.

Jim Guthrie, Senior Vice President of Products:

Jim Guthrie has over two decades of experience leading development
organizations and successfully delivering world-class products to market.
Prior to joining Island Data, Jim was executive vice president of products at
Tumbleweed Corporation, an enterprise security software provider. He also held
the position of group vice president at Borland Software, where he was
responsible for development of the ALM integrated suite of products. Before
Borland, Jim served as senior vice president of development and support at
Vitria Technology, and as executive vice president of development and customer
support at Brio Software. Jim earned an MBA from Texas Tech University, and a
BS degree from University of North Dakota.

Neil Patil, Chief Marketing Officer:

Neil Patil brings a strong track record of managing award winning software
products and leading high impact marketing teams. Mostly recently, Neil was
vice president of marketing for W5 Networks, a 2008 Red Herring 100 winner
focused on developing wireless systems for retailers. Prior to W5 Networks,
Neil led the re-branding, company positioning, and new market strategy as vice
president of marketing for Activant Solutions, a business management software
company. During his tenure, the company nearly doubled in size and grew
revenues to over $350M. As vice president of product marketing for Brio
Software, a developer of business intelligence and analysis tools, he launched
six major products, including Brio Metrics Builder which was awarded Product
of the Year by Infoworld magazine. Neil holds a BS Degree from The Ohio State
University.
